Honestly thought I could always count on you. Today has been by far the worst experience I have ever had at your dispensary. I made an online order through Leafly. Some garlic cookies and some haze concentrates. Keep in mind I made this order at like 12:30PM Leafly makes you register your name and ID/MedCard and choose a pick up time. Which I did. When I arrived they had me feeling like a fool asking me if I was sure I made the order at the correct location and I did. I double checked. They then proceeded to inform my the eighth I selected was no longer available yet they told me it was ready and good to go. Also I ordered two grams of haze that Leafly suggested that were on the $20g list. Just to be told no and offered completely different options on everything. Very disappointed. In the staff.

love the echo gemz. super great quality, service bad, try calling to get help with placed online order online that got cancled.. did not receive any help or direction just put me on hold and then ended my call after waiting 10+ minutes.

This location is one of the best. The concentrates are top notch as well as the buds. I enjoyed the shatter they offer as well as the blue dream and Durban poison.

Professional and friendly. Delivered my GG #4 within the time frame they gave me. Delivered to my instructions, I'll definitely be trying out your other concentrates.
