As you walk in to the lobby of this dispensary you'll find cheap glass that's incredibly overpriced. Once you're signed into the system, which took the "bud tender" entirely too long to do, you walk into a cute little spot. The display for BHO was pathetic, the pieces out in the display were tiny and not a fair representation of the product. The flower selection looked nice, but the cure on everything was off & left me disappointed. Their pricing scheme is confusing and they need a board to display them. I have high standards and this place definitely fell short. Also, where is your RSO? And why did you have such a small selection of edibles? This dispensary needs help from someone with experience in sales and the industry. All in all, I would say this dispensary could be the best in Salem with a little help and staff with actual knowledge of cannabis.

Only. Vegan. Medibles. As a non vegan person I was shocked at the choice of only vegan medibles; that factor is so limiting to patients I believe it stifles safe access. The byproduct of choosing to only serve vegan goods forces a patient to donate $35 for one 200 MG package or take their business elsewhere. Personal agenda should not ever take agency from a patient, also I'm not sure if you're paying attention to the market around you, but those troches are incredibly overpriced. A smack in the face to any patient who needs to medicate with edibles instead of smoking or vaporizing. Your tinctures and capsules were also both overpriced, any patient could save money (even with the cost of gasoline) driving to Salem! The saddest part of all is that I'm not unwilling to pay for top shelf herb or for quality medibles! The only two flowers worth their salt were the OG Kush and the Fortune Cookies. If you're trying to attract a connoisseur market you may need to actually provide a connoisseur grade product. Lastly training a bud tender to help the patient/provide actual knowledge is integral. Cannabis education for patients is lacking in almost every dispensary & that isn't out of the ordinary here. The real injustice came when I was offended by his aggressive nature and his openness to talk about "smashing some young kids face in," while tending my order. As a woman I fear many strange men and he was no exception. Needless to say I won't be returning, even though there was an adorable free cupcake in the end.

This club screams money, it's decorated and designed well; also very clean. The bud tender wasn't very knowledgeable (at all). Not her fault just a lack of training & education. And unfortunately the vast majority of flowers we had her pull down had beans in them. I'm not into "top shelf" meds being full of seeds.

I was a little confused by this shop. They have a boutique full of things, nothing too exciting. They also have a glassblower who makes some pretty sweet pieces. But as a feminist & woman I was confused that this shop is run by women. You'd never guess because their logo is purely an objectification of women. Not a good choice in my opinion. I would shop here again, but most of the meds were sun grown ( which can be great in their own right, but not for $14/g donations).

The last time I took a visit to THC my regular shop in town was closed. This place isn't the cleanest and I was horrified while watching the bud tender eat Cheetos and then stick the same hand in a jar (without washing his hands!) to tend our order. Tongs anyone? I probably won't return - I'm there to get medicine, not to hang out in what feels like a stoner's den.

This shop alienates true patients in need. I will never shop here again.

I've been in quite a few shops, but none like this. Their grading scale and transparency agreements with growers really make a patient feel at ease. They really put the patient in control of their shopping experience and only shelf the best of the best. Knowledgeable and passionate staff, lab tested medicine, and quality products are all you can ask for from a dispensary. Exceeds expectations comes to mind!
