Had been coming here for a few months with no issues. Just purchased a product advertised at 73% THC, looked at the product packaging after leaving the store and it stated only 63%. I immediately returned to the store to attempt to rectify the issue, hoping to exchange or refund, but was refused both, because "there was nothing wrong with the product".
In my eyes, falsely advertising a higher THC percentage than I actually received counts as something wrong with the product, or at least as something worth rectifying as part of good customer service.
Check packaging before you purchase to make sure they are accurate, if you do shop here--I will personally not be returning.
