i went 2 times to the mesa shop both times my changes was not given to me. i informed manger pn duty they informed me that they practice a round up and down because they dont want to deal with change both times they rounded up and took my change without my permission. i pretty sure thats stealing. if i were to get the same order everytime they would be stealing from me everytime. taking never giving. thats bad business. unless customer gives you permission to keep change a business that makes that choose to round should never round up always down or its stealing. beware of your money. these guys make enough without stealing dont let them steal your money.i will not be returning to jars for this reason

sad i have to make this review been coming to ugd for year driving from gilbert because of their great deals and awesome service but ever seen harvest bought them out quality is in the toilet service is even worst be for i make a pre order i would be in out in 3 min max now walk ins have priority and that line goes fast . in house product is slim if they have it. so todays order is what makes my write this review and will make me never again drive that far. i did a on line order i ordered 6 pura cartridges and one bag for gummy . i wait in line for pre orders for 15 mins while watching the walk in line go faster one problem is bud tenders talk too much holding thing up its call the express lane not the hey lets sit a spell and tell me life story time. second problem 1 tender for express and 6 for walk ins sounds backwards. so i finally get my order and they changed it and the tender was not going to tell me they did order was changed to 4 pura carts and 1 gummy. i said should be 6 carts and 1 gummy oh and the gummys i ordered were supposed to be sativa and they gave me indica he said they ran out of a one strain so they took it off my order. he was not even going to tell me unless i asked. so i told him to give to 2 others. he never even told me what the rest of the order was. so i get home and check my order was supposed to be 1 bake bros gummy sativa 3 sativa and 3 indica pura carts they changed it to 1 bake bros gummy indica and 4 indica and 2 sativa only because i said somthing. ugd has gone down hill seens harvest took over so good luck with these guy. i know i will never drive the distance again.
