Your store is the closest to my house and I have frequent here almost daily. Recently the service has changed so badly I am about ready to never come back.. It seems to be you want everyone to use your website, and normally I would agree with you. But your website sucks, coming from someone who sits behind a computer all day I cannot use your website... I go into your store and look at your menu, I know exactly what I want immediately. I look at you website and I can never figure it out, and frequently end up ordering things I don't even want.. this is crazy you obviously know how to organize a menu, why cannot go through to your website.. today I was in your store for 10+ mins standing in a line that was out the door and not moving. 1 new person was learning and every other register was closed.. but someone was working online orders, I was able to order online and walk out, all without the line moving. But unfortunately I got 2 items I didn't want because I couldn't navigate your website... 1 of 2 things need to happen, fix your site or put more people in your store. Or I am not coming back ..
