Our family has been a long time customer. Infinite Wellness cared more about their customers than this company. With the new owners customer service has worsened. Employees to busy talking with eachother and not paying attention to customers. We sat in line for 15 minutes on a pre order when employees sat in that back looking at us and continue talking to eachother. We went recently and pre ordered. Worst experience ever. We were sold someone else's order. We tried to talk to the floor Manger but he dismissed my complaints like it was a joke. Our family will not be returning. They obviously don't care about our business.
