2one2 California Dispensary

TLDR: Don’t advertise an online pickup or curbside order if you aren’t going to provide it. I work on a time crunch and wasting time is my biggest pet peeve. Honestly, I’m sure they have many regulars and will do amazing without my business but it’s unfortunate it turned out this way. I have no hate for the business what so ever. Lacks the professionalism of a formal dispensary like Caliva or Cookies.
I’ve been going to this dispensary once a week for near a month now. I spend anywhere around $80-$200 depending on my mood. I was really leaning towards making this dispensary my new regular spot versus in the east coast. My law firm is only a few blocks in the financial district. They have fair prices, deals, and from the three times I visited the same one budtender was always present. I didn’t catch his name but he was very professional despite our altercation. He offered great customer service and really held the fort all three times during my visits.
I place the online order at 9-10am normally (as seen in the screenshots) to give them a ample amount of time to prepare before I make my way over during my lunch around 1:30pm. I get there and see three people in front of me in line. It was obvious from the beginning that the new employee was inexperienced. He would forget the name of the strain I ordered seconds after being told the name by boss man. Finally, the same experienced individual who had assisted all the times before had to handle two customers at the same time which is probably why the mixup occurred. I had ordered a wedding cake 1g cart, instead they handed me 1/8th of flower. In my rush to get back to work, I only found out the issue upon return.
Mistakes happen and I get that. I had to take personal time and make my way back over (still haven’t partake in my lunch) to request that the I receive the right product. (I paid for the products I asked for). I get back to the dispensary no more than 30 minutes later to find four more employees. To summarize the altercation, I was already agitated and as more time went by the less ‘cool’ I became. The boss man said that he’d be happy to throw in those 1cent shake pre rolls for the hassle and asks politely for me to wait a few more minutes.
At this point, he’s locating my order and then the excuses began:
1. “Sometimes if you recently online ordered it won’t be ready in time”. (Told him to check the time I placed the order. Their website advertises 10-20minutes I gave them three hours).
2. He first hands me a half gram of this disposal cart that I’ve never seen before. I can see he’s trying to do his best, but I was already quite pissed at being back and I had ordered a full gram.
3. He finally locates what I ordered and places it in a bag trying to send me on my way. It’s not that I give a shit about some shake pre roll, but the fact that I had to say “Am I Gonna get it, or we’re you talking out of your ass” was warranted…”
4. Obviously stressed himself, the experienced tender took insult to my comment and stated I don’t have to come back.
All in all, it’s a shame that negligence resulted in them loosing a potential, profitable regualar. When the dispensary clearly was in the wrong, I don’t think customer’s want to hear weak excuses. I ordered online three times and all three were not prepared in advance. I wish them the best and hopefully they can address my concern’s in the future. Or not could honestly care less. It’s their business. I’d be happy to pay more for consistency .
