Kiana was wonderful and extremely knowledgable. She walked me through the shop after introducing herself, and explained to me how they organize strains, and where to look for what. Very warm staff and lots of smiles. New patient program is great, rewards program as well, and I just happened to stop in during happy hour (meaning a free gram of quality shake). I work in an analytical laboratory and have been testing products for the last year but I rarely get to see the dispensary side of the business too often, and whenever I have been into dispensaries, most of my experiences have been similar: confusing, a little uncomfortable and overwhelming. And I work in the industry, so I can only imagine what it's like for patients unfamiliar with how dispensaries work. This place is ON POINT with customer service and making patients comfortable. My boyfriends family lives up the road, so when we are in town I will be getting my medication here every time.

This is my second review, but I felt the need to add a follow-up review. I purchased a product, but unfortunately had some complications so I had to come back in. Brittany at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. Lucas the tender helped me out and we figured out a solution to my problem. Customer service at this dispensary is TOP NOTCH. The staff's professionalism and the quality of their products will keep me coming back. The layout is also immaculate, with plenty of comfortable seating should you have to wait a few minutes.
