AMAZING SHOP. I'm used to going to Herbal Nation in Bothell but this place is WAY cheaper. Not to mention their selection is a billion times better. I want to live in this store. First time customers also get free glass! I will certainly be shopping here way more. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. not to mention totally patient as I had a million questions. A++++++

A few weeks back I forgot to check the hours that this store was open until. I thought I had seen that it was open till midnight every night. I showed up on a Thursday night at 1030 just to discover that they had JUST closed. I started to walk away when two of the employees asked me if I was interested in buying anything. I was so so grateful that they let me go in and make a purchase after closing time. I told the staff how much cash I had and made my selection. I was short on cash by about $10, but this didn't stop them from completing the sale. Not only did they go above and beyond to let me shop after closing time, but they helped me out when I was short on cash. I went in a week later and gave them an epic tip to make up for it. I shop here about once a week now. It is a bit pricey, but worth it from what I've experienced.
