I have enjoyed the flower and pre-rolls here for a year and a half as a consistent patron. However, after using my points, I will no longer be a customer.
I was turned away for attempting to purchase an $8 pre-roll with quarters because "other people have paid for too many things in quarters." As a loyal customer, I find it unacceptable to be penalized for the actions of others. Having worked register jobs before, I know that if a register is full from days of quarters, it's due to neglect in resetting the register, which should not affect me.
I can't imagine being turned away if I paid the exact amount with $5 bills just because others had done so, leaving the register full of $5's.
While the staff are wonderful, this policy is ridiculous and on principle, I'm done.
