Lindsay was very sharp and rude and not helpful at all. When I called and mentioned I was coming in to use 250 points for a great deal I had a question about, no one mentioned the points system was down FOR MONTHS and that they could not help me. When I arrived and mentioned that I planned on using 250 points to Lindsay she was very dismissive and had no clue what the issue was with their points system and why it had been down for months. They did not want to honor the points I could show them I had through their “TheJoint.live” website and overall just a time-wasting experience. I expected better having great experiences in the past but Lindsay’s tone and confusing demeanor was just off putting. Y’all need to communicate better and serve your customers who utilize a loyalty program.
