Locals can rely on this Downieville location to match and beat the Denver market. Also, folks traveling to the mountains to play can rely on this outlet to provide quality product without the usual high country pricing. The visible location is an easy exit off I-70.

1136 Yuma Dispensary will disappoint with marginal or lacking customer service and mediocre poor inventory controls. A regular repeating customer cannot expect their favorite product to be in stock, nor expect this dispensary to please or compensate for short-comings in their inventory controls or the arrogant manner customers are (not) served and walk out feeling dissatisfied. Customers are just another sale. Poorly trained sales representative Victoria talks too fast, is difficult understand and would not allow me to talk to a different sales representative or supervisor. Competition and time will eventually shut-down poorly managed dispensaries like 1136.The store sells product in a small depressing dingy (maybe 20 by 20 ft) space that probably contributes to the attitude of employees who seem to turn over quickly and act as if they are poorly paid or do not care. I gave 1136 a choice between a glorious 5 star review about how they meet the needs of clientele, or a stinky 1 star review. They don/t care.

Shame on you for allowing one of your better regular customers to walk out unhappy and angry. Consequently, I will surf the Internet for coupons and specials from other vendors.

Green Grass in Central City is well worth the trip. Their pricing for Med and Rec makes their store products very affordable, Their posted prices includes taxes which makes the shopping experience transparent with no surprises at the cash register..They also offer reducing pricing on over-stocked product. The quality of their bud is most excellent and hard to surpass. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
