If you are a medical patient I would NOT come to this place!! I stopped by once when they first opened (1-2 years ago) and wasn’t terribly impressed. But yesterday they had a name brand I was looking for so I went and tried them out and it was awful from the start. They cater to recreational customers and give them deals that medical patients can’t use. Charge medical more…how cruel! We suffer enough being sick and having to pay tons for medicine that’s not covered by insurance. Horrible. Customer service was super poor and very off. I asked to talk to a manger and no one could seem to help me. The staff seemed not confident at all and so unprofessional!! As a medical patient and battling a terminal illness we should not be treated this way. We paid for our medical cards and shouldn’t have to pay more at a dispensary! Other dispensary’s understand this is medicine and they help us survive and treat patients with TLC…and allow us “deals/specials”, not like how I was treated like trash yesterday. Area is sketchy and parking lot is a wreck. I would not recommend this dispensary at all!!!
