Placed an order at 10am yesterday, left home cause I know it was going to be a wait, I get a call around 2pm saying they ran out of the half ounce I wanted and only had $80 half ounces I was like okay I’ll take that instead, waited and waited and never received a confirmation text or nothing. Your quality and service has honestly gone down the drain, you guys are a horrible business now, literally ruined my 4/20. I’m pretty sure they cancelled my preorder which is just sad, if you can’t deal with costumers then don’t deal with them at all, would give this place a negative rating if I could, don’t even waste your time with them.

Honestly, don’t even bother, I put in my order at 11, it’s almost 8:30 and they’re telling me I’m on page 11 of 14 and still have to wait to get serve, why pre order then? The dumb girl in the front has the worst costumer service skills in the world. You want to get mad about the questions being asked and dealing with costumers? Why work with people then? You guys need to get your act together, and don’t use the excuse of the virus situation to excuse your poor customer skills, never coming back here.
