This is specific to the delivery of Mankind and the miscommunication that I encountered from ordering my supply LAST NIGHT! I put in an order at 630ish. And received a text message that my order has been received, followed by a text message saying that the order will be delivered between 7pm to 9pm on Feb 8. 845pm rolls around and I'm worried. I called to verify my delivery and was transferred to their delivery person and was just sent to a voice message. I called back the receptionist said they stop delivery at 9pm and anything that doesn't go through will be delivered the next day. What's wrong with this picture? Customer Service 101. They put in writing (text message) that my order will be delivered between 7-9pm on Feb 8. No follow up message no added language on my text to that effect. I'm left hanging. I wake up the next day, call mankind, then I was told that my order is for Feb 9 between 7pm to 9pm??? What the hell? I have the text message saying otherwise. I had to explain to the person on the phone correct him, had to force my way to getting this person to promise an am delivery 1ST thing in the morning and deliver to my house 5 frigging minutes away from. Their dispensary. I usually drive there and pick up my weed which is fine. If this is there delivery system, go somewhere else until they fix their communication capabilities with their customers.
