Great staff. The manager here went above and beyond trying to locate a specific product for this out-of-towner by taking my contact info, emailing the manufacturer and even tracking down email addresses for the podcast where I heard about the product and contacting them also. This all happened in a matter of a few minutes while I was browsing and she gave me a joint for my “trouble”. She emailed me the following day with details from the manufacturer, store arrival dates and offered to call when it arrived. That’s customer service! I bought one of the top shelf strains and it was excellent. Would liked to try them all and will definitely go again. This is a top end place, you’re going to pay top end prices. Smile and be happy with the excellent quality and customer service, it’s worth the few extra bucks.
