The good: Consistent product with consistent prices. Most professional dispo staff in flagstaff, usually can’t ask a question they don’t know. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. Seem to be taking Covid safety far more seriously than the other dispos in town. Online ordering is the easiest process in flagstaff. What I would like to see change: More concentrates and better deal days (I understand vendor days are tough right now but everyone else is figuring out deal days with specific vendors) If your in house extracts don’t really stretch beyond shatter, consider consistently stocking good, strong extracts (glad to see sugar wax in the Kaya line now!). The concentrate deals were amazing until I discovered there is more than just shatter out there these days. More grow science LR products please!!

The great: Great help and bus tenders always willing to really explain and answer your questions. If they don’t know, they find someone who does. Best deals in flagstaff, and some of the best concentrates by far. What I would like to see change: I wish social distancing measures would be taken a bit more seriously and the recent addition of an armed guard was NOT a good look. More regimented sanitation during a pandemic. At first I saw receptionists cleaning doors regularly. Lately I don’t recall seeing any doors, atms, horizontal surfaces wiped down while I’ve been in. In summary: Favorite dispensary in town, but you guys need to seriously step it up on your Covid sanitation/social distancing protocol. The manager seems to not personally care about mask mandates. Seen him several times close in to customers without a mask on, myself included. Covid is only getting worse in Arizona...I shouldn’t have to worry about this in a medical setting to get my medicine.

The good: Huge selection of both mediocre and high quality concentrates. Only dispo in town to consistently have drip brand concentrates of all tiers, which can be hard to find in flagstaff. The Bad: Music is always way too loud to hear voices clearly (I’m a musician and festival performer...meaning I can handle volume). Never really feels like the staff knows what is going on as far as who is in line, who has placed an order already, who is waiting for pickup, etc. Couple this with unnecessarily loud music, it only adds to the feeling of chaos when you get through the door. Only place I’ve ever gotten to my car to realize my order was wrong...twice. Not enough to be overly upset, but not what I ordered (wrong strain one time, wrong concentrate altogether another time). Summary: Step it up you guys...you can do better.
