I hate to write a review like this but I feel like this location is starting to take advantage of their customers- especially those that aren’t very knowledgeable when it comes to quality and processes. This review is based on the OZ of flower that was purchased this week. I wish I could share a picture - but I would not recommend this location for flower Purchased an ounce of immature, untrimmed flower that had ridiculous telephone sized stalks of stems - this location clearly does not take their business seriously and has no regard for the quality of the product they provide especially considering the amount they are charging for ounces of dried out leaves and stems - the plants they harvested from to package this ounce clearly weren’t even close to being ready because if it were ready and even able to be attempted to be trimmed - there wouldn’t be close to even half an ounce of actual product Over 60% of the ounce that was purchased was dried leaves crumbling into pieces and stems - for approx 200$ - not a single fragment of an identifiable bud is even remotely present when looking at the product Yes it’s our fault for purchasing it, but we also don’t like making a scene or walking out on our customer service reps because they are fantastic and it’s not their fault they are being forced to sell a product that should not be on the shelf to begin with I hope this review will alert this location to the fact they have lost focus, and maybe will go back to respecting the product they provide and the people they provide it to.
