I’v come here a while and have had bad experiences before but, after today, I wont return. I placed an order, got a text, “your order is received”, “your order is being prepared”, and then I got a message saying they couldn’t deliver to my address as it was not the one on my ID. This was not mentioned on the ordering page, I own multiple houses and I am at my other house. They said they couldn’t do anything for me and said I had to place a REC order. I said I was a long-standing customer and that due to this inconvenience they were causing, I should be discounted to reflect what I should be pay as a MED patient. They refused very rudely. Owners of Green Buddha, I would highly suggest replacing your mangers and enacting a customer service policy as you will loose more than just my business for this kind of behavior. I send in about 20 new people a week from my job, and I will never recommend your store again. I suggest anyone looking to go to Breeze or Gage, they are way nicer.
