I’ve been here before and didn’t have a great experience but I decided to give it another go. I was given the wrong cartridge by the budtender. I take responsibility for not checking I suppose. But I trusted the clerk and was told I was unable to exchange the sealed box for the one I asked for. I understand there are rules in place and it would be a loss for the dispensary, but I feel they should have done something to correct the budtender’s mistake. This experience coupled with the lack of high quality cartridges will unfortunately prevent a return trip for me.
