It took a little bit of work to get in touch with someone, but an email was finally read and I was contacted by both Zach and Maha. Both were wonderful, understanding and determined to correct the situation. Maha offered to have a replacement order delivered to me by Clayton and put Chad on the line to help me choose replacement meds. Chad was wonderful and was in-line with what I needed and what effects I wanted to avoid - very knowledgeable budtender. Clayton arrived within 90 minutes of me hanging up with Maha. He was pleasant and friendly. I chose 24K and Blue Dream as my replacements. Both were beautiful and aromatic. My pain was off the charts before my meds arrived, but by 6 p.m., I was in the kitchen cooking dinner. 24K started to melt the pain away -- then Blue Dream knocked it down to a more tolerable level. Both grind up nice and fluffy and smoke smoothly. The Blue Dream is definitely potent, but I didn't mind because my pain was pretty severe. Thank you to Maha, Chad, Clayton and Zach - you were all wonderful and all is right with the world today... my body is happy again!

Thank you for having a big selection of flower. There's almost always something on the menu that will work for what I need to treat. The staff is always friendly, and I love being greeted with "Welcome Home" every time I come in. I tend to come in on Sundays and rarely have to wait. I love that you are deli-style as it adds to the patient experience and shows me that you're about patients, not profits just shuffling as many people through the doors every day as possible. I prefer deli-style dispensaries and wish there were more of them. The only thing that may need a little improvement is strain information - the hybrids that don't have a description available really need to have one written in. Patients need to know what to expect, if the strain will help them and what the negatives of that strain are - that's the one thing that stops me from trying strains that have no information available about them. Other than that, keep doing what you're doing - you're one of the few dispensaries I'm comfortable in.

I came in this Saturday morning for my CBD for Life Lemongrass Tiger Rub - menu shows you had it in stock - get there to find out you don't! I drove all of the way from Tempe and wasted my time to be told that you'll have some next week - I'm out of my rub today, and in pain today - it does me NO GOOD that you'll have more coming in next week. PLEASE DO BETTER AT KEEPING YOUR LEAFLY MENU UPDATED!!! It's nearly a 30 minute drive from my house to your dispensary - I've searched 20 other dispensaries and can't find my rub anywhere. No, I wasn't going to buy a "package" because it was not in my budget and included products I cannot use. I need my topical and am now stuck going without it because no one else seems to have it either.

Came in for the Black Friday special on flower. Was surprised that there wasn't a huge line... arrived a little early. Although it is very small inside, the design is great! The staff is friendly, and patient with those that don't get around real fast. The Original Sour Diesel is great, but the terpenes are way off (the aroma isn't as potent as it should be and the flavor is also a little lacking, but the effects are there and are what I expect from Sour Diesel). Pretty happy overall and am likely to return in the future.

I was expecting Gummy Bears to deliver a great fruity flavor, but that's not what I got. It doesn't have much flavor at all. The only effects I felt were feeling a bit sleepy about 30 minutes later. This strain was a complete waste of money for me because it didn't do anything or my depression, did not uplift my mood and did not leaving me feel carefree as described. If you have a higher THC tolerance, this strain will likely be a dud for you too, because well, I consumed a whole bowl (nearly 1/2 gram) and literally felt nothing - I felt the same as I did before I used the strain except 30 minutes later, I needed a nap.

Came in yesterday unaware that you have new operating hours (Post it as an update here on Leafly so patients know). The Triple Nova smelled amazing - like tootsie rolls, but that aroma does not transfer over to the flavor. There is zero flavor in this strain. It relaxes you but there are no other effects felt whatsoever - pretty disappointing. Now - onto the Stardog Illuminati - another disappointment. Very little flavor, minimal effects, effects don't last long - ended up with a nasty headache. The Race Fuel OG - I've had this strain before, so I had high expectations and was sorely disappointed. This batch is WEAK! Minimal energy boost, no munchies (which I was happy about) and the euphoria was minimal at best. Was looking forward to this strain because last time around, it really helped with my pain - but this batch is far too weak for anyone with moderate to severe pain. Now, onto the Chemdawg Private Reserve #3 - it's just okay. Smells and tastes great but I am not a fan of the confusion it made me feel. This strain also left me with a nasty headache - and as a frequent migraine sufferer - this is not a welcomed side effect. Spent a decent amount of money and am disappointed in these strains. Even the budtender couldn't tell me much about the Triple Nova and Stardog Illuminati - how are you selling something your budtenders have zero information about??? Figured I'd give them a try because the budtender didn't mention anxiety, paranoia or dizziness (even after I asked him) as negative effects of these strains - he left out the part about them being week and minimally effective in any respect. It's going to be a tough week because my entire budget was spent here and I literally have nothing that is going to help with my daily pain (which is what the Race Fuel OG was supposed to be for). After this experience - I really am not likely to come back to PARC anymore. PARC used to be my home dispensary, but, the change of ownership, change of staff, increase in prices for lackluster meds and disappointment in strain choice/performance means that I'm not likely to walk back through that door unless you're the only dispensary in a reasonable distance from my home that actually has a strain I know works for me.

Attempted to place my first order today, but ended up canceling it. Site is way too buggy and apparently can't handle increased traffic when they have specials going on. Somehow, the total showing on my screen was not the total given by representative Eric after adding a single gram - somehow the total tripled when Eric was calculating it. Canceled because I could not see the transaction on my screen and did not feel the total given to me was correct. Also, you need ALL of the strain information on your website. Patients shouldn't have to be going to multiple sources to find out the effects, medical uses and negative effects of strains. Patients NEED to know what the negative effects are. I spent nearly 45 minutes on the site, after spending about half an hour doing my own research to find out if some of the strains would work for me.

I came in for the first time this weekend. I got Chiesel and Snowland (FTP BOGO 1/8s). They look and smell great but both give me horrible headaches. I've had Chiesel before, so I'm wondering if it just wasn't flushed properly or something. Unfortunately, this medicine is going to go to waste because I shouldn't get a headache from something that's supposed to be a pain reliever. I am not likely to return. The budtender was friendly and I do like the open space inside, but 2 strains giving me headaches isn't a good sign.

THC Bomb looks and smells great. It does have an odd flavor though. I was expecting this to be a strong strain, but it really is quite weak. Minimal relief. It took nearly half a gram to experience any kind of relief. Maybe it's grower error, I'm not sure, but I am thoroughly disappointed with this strain.

I came in on Saturday for the Memorial Day weekend special. A woman that came in after me went in before me and 2 others that were there before I was. I was offered an apology and was thanked for bringing it to their attention. The Rolls Choice is amazing! I've had a hard time finding good flower that isn't super dry all year long - finally! It grinds up nice and fluffy, it's soft to the touch and boy does it pack a punch! Melted my pain right away. I've also been searching and searching for a good batch of Sour Diesel, my "go-to" strain and finally found it! As soon as I smelled the jar - I felt immediately comforted because I knew it was grown right and would be wonderful - and it is! Now, the Purple Crack - not potent at all, takes about 1/3 gram to find any relief but the buds are just gorgeous! I picked out a 3-gram bud but there was a bigger one in the jar. All of these strains tasted great and have given me the relief that I need. Please thank the grower/s of these strains for doing their jobs well and developing terpenes properly - I'm impressed for the first time this year!
