Omg worst experience ever.... I called and made sure that the exact product that I wanted was in stock and I drove from Tempe. I asked about the look and quality of the flower before I paid to the bud tender and he confirmed it was what I wanted... I paid over $80 and then I got to the next red light I looked at the flower and I was upset. It was not what I was waiting. I call the dispensary and the lady keeps telling me that I can email the grower and I kept saying that my issue is with being told that the product is one thing and then I pay for it and I leave the store and it's a totally opposite from what I wanted. And I kept trying to explain to the staff when I called that the issue isn't with the product the issue is with being told it's one thing and receiving another. And I told her what can she do to rectify the issue and she started yelling at me and hung up on me. Like I said the customer service there sucks the communication sucks
