Lady who waited on my was not helpful and seemed to not care. Prior owners were great. New owners - not so much. Looking for another option.

When Realm was Atl Dispensary it was a great place to shop. Unfortunately, the owner sold to three men whom I have met. They have slowly but surely ruined the business. They added fancy signs, raised prices, implemented new policies and now have very poor service. They have lowered the quality of the product. They have "stiffened" their 4% charge for using a debit or credit card. So now, they are making money on those who pay with even a debit card. I am not aware of any bank/credit card servicers who charge 4%. 2.9% or 3% yes but not 4%. It isn't so much the money as it is the attitude they have about it and how rude they are about it. I went to the Snellville store as an alternative and the lady who was working there was rude and seemed to be in lala land. Maybe trying too much of the product? It is a shame that such a great place has turned into a "well you know"kinda place. I will be looking for alternatives.
