Everytime I am disappointed just that much more than I was last time. Absolutely not a good place to do pre-order when the inventory is never acurite. Too much time has been wasted attempting to make an order. It's apparent that the owners are only in it for the money and not the patients.

Every time I go I feel like they would rather be somewhere else and this time I've waited in the lobby for 20+ minutes and I preordered.
