Hello All. I just felt the need to leave this here. I've been a patient in Florida for a little while now, but I've been a patient in another state as well in the past. I've sampled all of the customer service here in town a few times. Good sometimes not so great in areas as far as weight and quality is concerned. Growing pains I guess. I have to say I tried out MUV Altmed for the first time recently, though. They just opened a few weeks ago here in Tallahassee. Best CS phone support I could have asked for before even walking through your doors! Knowledgable and courteous even though I could somehow sense the kind of calls day they might have been having in their voice. Sometimes it can be a thankless job. I have lots of call center experience so I can tell when people go the extra mile in an industry that's a bit rougher than others I guess I can tell you. Two different phone calls and I came away feeling served from two different reps. So there is that. Kudos towards your managers and supervisors who trained them. Keep up the good work on that end. Their names are Alex and Desiree out of the Apollo Beach office. Take care of good CS that go the extra mile and the extra mile will come right back to your company. Ive seen it before. So then I drive over to your location and the first thing I see is a two lane drive thru. High five on that!!! There are no words. I haven't used it yet, but I will. Then I head inside looking like the limpy tired bum I've become and the service and smiles were still top notch!!! Then the staff proceed to explain everything in great detail without even having met me before or knowing what level of knowledge I have. I could have just went in there and said I know what I want, but they showed me so much more. I know better than to interrupt CS when they are taking the time to explain something to you and it's coming off as important to them because it is important to them. Again, that extra mile I mentioned before. Then the rep that attended to me asks...WOULD YOU LIKE TO SMELL EACH STRAIN????? I almost had to look to my left and right and say are you really asking me this???? WOW. Of course!!! Not once has another dispensery in town asked me that. So anyway I'm like please tell me all the ways...I could stay here and sample smells forever here, but you have a job to do so let me pay and get out of your way. Keep up the good work! I dont even know how many jars I smelled each time I went, but I exited out of your doors with such enjoyment I'm my face that it hurt and I can tell because I dont even smile anymore. I felt like a little kid that saved enough money to buy his first XBOX and finally walked out of the store with it. Anyway, I dont remember their names from the two times I went out there, but I'm sure you guys are resourceful enough to look that up on your end. Or If i see them next time I'm in the area, i never forget a face. Have a nice day, folks and I thank you kindly for your time. Fyi: Velvet Glove and Rainbow Trainwreck strains are the truth so far.
