this place is a joke, they give you loyalty points and the website says redeem at anytime but yet when attempting to use part of my over a thousand points, they tell me I have to purchase an item... they told me it's on leafly but I don't see any limitations stated on their pages, what's the point of giving me points if I can't use them! purchase an item? I've already purchased over a thousand dollars worth of stuff, and instead of correcting the issue they offered a free gram on my next purchase

you can most of their products at other locations, but it's the staff and customer service that keeps me coming back
