I've been a regular customer of the business, but during my recent visit on July 2nd, 2023 I was mistreated and falsely accused. The day before this visit, I was told I could not be signed in but I could come back the day after. I didn't think much of it, I figured they had to close early. I returned and was again told they could not check me in for service. The reason the security guard gave was that I had screamed at staff on a previous visit. I wanted to clear my name so I asked the security guard if he could provide proof of the incident with security footage. At first he said he could, but then changed his mind and said I had to purchase my product and leave. I just wanted to clear my name as I have never conducted myself in an aggressive or malicious way while doing business there.
