I’ve been here several times, and always bad experience! Only used as last resort. First time there forget my change, next time can’t get my name right after going 20mins of correcting it for you to immediately call me the wrong name again, menu NEVER right (Leafly, Weedmaps, or Gold Leaf “yes their own menu on their website”), descriptions wrong of what items are, look at you like your speaking an unknown language if you ask for terp counts/specifics of a strain (hope you are aware you have to provide these upon request per MMCC and that is the whole reason of lab testing for safety), DON’T even know how your own programs work (I.e rewards), had to ask for a manager to finally be treated like a patient (this took 3 visits and review directing me to ask for a manager to be treated as a patient), make recommendations based off sales instead of consulting the consumer (it’s onsale so that is what they want, try asking you get further), and the list goes on! Basically I would recommend knowing what you want and pray they didn’t misrepresent it on the menu/availability and you may have a good experience. With that being said I would still be 1000% going all in that your experience will still be bad somehow!
