First, I was super-impressed with the physical space; it has a spa- or high-end beauty product boutique feel to it that is serene and inviting.
More impressive still were the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in developing an online order and pickup process through the COVID-19 pandemic to keep their patients safe while dispensing an essential product. Kudos to everyone involved in the operation.
