First off this review has nothing to do with the Tampa location,they are great. I have been a patient for 1.5 yrs now. I have shopped at every dispensary in a 30 mile radius of me here in Valrico. Trulieve was always the place I told everyone to go. After their 4/20 sale they have lost me probably forever. Here is my grievance.... I ordered for delivery during the sale and every product I added to cart said was in stock. That was on a Wednesday morning b4 8am that I placed order. It took Trulieve to the call me at 4:30 the next day just to tell me everything was out of stock. Now we all know their system is set up to show if in stock or not. I know for sure they handled all walk ins first and delivery can wait. I understand that it is first come first serve. In my opinion if Trulieve is all about the patients then they should honor their big sales with rain check. U order it that day and when it's back in stock u come get your discount. I have spent probably 4k at Trulieve and they will probably not see me again. Tampa location is awesome though.

Didn't know about this place until today. First impression when I walked in was definitely a new facility. Very clean but reception area was kinda dull. Waited about 15 mins before going back to product area. Once back there it was more like a dispensary. Everything was marked well and easy to understand. My budtender was Arnold. He was very polite and friendly. They do offer CanPay and have a atm inside also. I purchased 2 strains of flower today. When I got home I did what I always do and weigh. Both containers were on point and some really nice looking buds. I'm not sure on taste and potency yet but by looks it will be quality. I will update later after I try both strains for review.
