I believe the level of service could be greatly improved by making one simple change. Currently, on-line orders for Sunday can only be placed at 9:00AM Sunday, the same time the dispensary opens. This creates a large backlog of orders for staff to complete in a short time as well as confusion for many of the 20 or 30 customers standing in line. Why not have the previous evenings crew set up the next days ordering list on-line, especially for the specials? Customers can then start placing orders for the next day and those orders can begin processing as soon as the staff arrives in the AM. This way, the doors can open on time, there is less confusion and orders can be processed in a more timely manner. This will also reduce the level of stress for the staff as they won’t have to rush filling out orders.
