This has been my go to place for awhile now and the flower is fantastic. I started doing online orders to avoid the lines and now they are not nearly as friendly to me as they used to be. It is a little frustrating because I am in there a lot and I am an easy customer to take care of. They used to remember my name now I don't even know if they recognize me. One of the guys there was a bit of a jerk. He got my online order wrong and he acted like I ordered it wrong. How can I order it wrong, I know what I want and I even have the print out to prove it. That incident almost stopped me from going back. If you want service don't do online orders. If you don't care about service and you just want fast, do online orders, their product is always top notch.

I never give a review after one visit. They are always great on the first visit. So, the first time I went in the service was friendly and helpful and the girl that helped was funny and I enjoyed the visit. On my second visit it was totally different. I had the same girl help me and she must have been having a bad day. She was not friendly and tried to hurry me through the process. She hardly spoke to me and when she did it was one word answers, yes, no, and maybe. I could understand if it was really busy but there was only one other customer and the person helping them was not rushed. I was very disappointed with the second visit. Not sure if I would go back. I get better service other places even if they are further away and the product wasn't good enough to justify poor service.

First time in and the people were great. Joe took his time with me and let me ask all my questions. The selection was not the best and the prices are high but good quality meds and staff. I will be back.
