so I normally have zero issues here, great place,great bud tenders; however I recently bought 6 1 gram prerolls I got home open the 1st one it's short and bad roll quality so I re-roll it no biggie. next one I open zero issues, 3rd one is short so I check the remaining prerolls and short, short, short my 1 gram prerolls are .7 gram prerolls I return to the store figuring they will rectify the situation right? I was told because it is flower they can't and won't fix it because all flower sales are final sorry, however the 4 prerolls I pulled out to exchange with you initially I can sell you at a super discount and I can give you 1 of the 4 for free. No I don't think so, I just wanted the 6 grams that I bought and paid for!!!!! Nothing more but definitely nothing less and that is exactly what I got LESS THAN my 6 prerolls that were supposed tobe 1 gram each turned out to be 2 1 gram prerolls and 4 .7 gram prerolls not the 6 grams I was supposed to receive so my next call is going out to Arizona department of weights and measures to see what they say about that math....
