The absolute worst experience at ANY JARS location I have preordered @every location to date I have never waited longer than 15-20 min on average for the order to be (received packed &ready) then there was Jars Metro Center where employees feel getting and giving advice on bud each of them should purchase is definitely more important than doing the job they were hired for I watched for 30 minutes while employees stood and did nada for 30 minutes outside of helping pack one bag but maybe this is just what to expect from management @this location feel free to reach back out I have pics and Videos of it happening

Love this place you guys are always on point and 9/10 times I’m in and out and I love that seeing as I am a courier and I need to be able to get my medication in a hurry more times than none the staff is highly knowledgeable and always a pleasure.
