First time visiting and very, very impressed with customer service I received. From a bit of confusion with a sale item out front to making sure a manager took care of the situation in the back. Then the mutual industry respect and great opinion on the terpene content and quality of my purchase I got from Taylor K was outstanding!! So I discovered this dispenserary right after recreational cannabis went legal in Illinois and fell in love with the place after getting my medical card. They are always very friendly, the check in staff is super accommodating, I never feel rushed and the tablets with the Leafly menu already pulled up is a game changer when you're not sure what you want. That's the customer service side of it. I feel as though I've watched this dispenserary grow and it's been cool to see they way they've headed. From the quality and always a great selection to the deals on same strain ounces and half ounces to the veteran discount and more. Top notch!! Thank you all for all you do!!
