They do not understand that their point of sales system is screwing up medical patients allotments when giving them our medical card information for their all in one customer/point of sales system. I was treated as if the customer is never right and from the start they are denying this is happening instead of listening to a customer and verifying the mistake they are making. so much for the customer being right and they will learn the rules from IDFPR.
Terrible way to treat a first time customer and longtime medical patient familiar with the system.
