It was just like old times, except WAY better. Yes, it does have a "headband" effect, which worried me some since I have chronic migraines. However, it's a mild sensation only. This baby stopped a migraine in its tracks. Moreover, my mind became clear as a bell, and I laughed constantly while watching "A Fish Called Wanda." About 90 minutes into it, I became more relaxed than "high" in a very comfortable and pleasant way. I did experience a shady memory loss, so don't try to do your taxes on this stuff. There were some munchies. Otherwise, it's highly-recommended.
