I was in here a few days ago, simply as I was checking in I observed not one, not two, but three different staff members either not wearing a mask at all, or wearing it underneath their chin while handling open flower. In the time of coronavirus, this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t accept this from my pharmacy, and I will not accept it from my dispensary. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else. Other places have better deals, better flower, and better safety procedures.

Not a place to spend money again. Douche bag tenders without answers or product knowledge.

The good news is Nirvana is still medical only. The bad news is, they don’t enforce the mask rule there. So though you may be able to get your meds there, it is not a safe place to go. In the 20 minutes I sat in their lobby. I observed multiple people come in with her mask around their chin some not even with one on at all. Who proceeded to chill in the lobby and sniffles and cough and sneeze. It wasn’t until somebody said some thing that they even put their mask on. Only for it to slip down around their chin again. Needless to say, the run is not a place I will be spending my money. I need my medication but not from them if I’m gonna walk out of there with Covid. Do yourself a favor and go to the Other clinics that are still medical only. It’s not worth the risk in my book.

This is by far my favorite place for bud, and my gf and I are always commenting on how great the flower, carts and pricing is here but tonight’s visit FORCED review. Idk what y’all are doing up there, but you did something right bringing in Paige K. She was a new face to both of us and she by far blew our old “stellar service, stellar buds” expectations OUT of the water. She was attentive, she knew what she was talking about, she connected with us both, and found us something we would both love to try new. If I wasn’t already hooked, Paige K would be the reason to go back alone. Keep up the good work y’all!

Service so bad I didn’t bother shopping. Waited 20 min for service yet somehow they couldn’t figure out to serve their lobby. Was the second one in, watched 4 people go, wondered why - they never checked me in properly. Watched the line continue to move with no hope of seeing the bud or smoking anything from them tonight. Honestly glad to not have spent money with them, even if I’m dry. Do business better or at least don’t be a dick to the chick with a grand burning a hole in my pocket and some creative ways to spend it. Never fucking again.

This place is okay. There is nothing here that is a wow- factor here for me, hence the dull review. I come here because it’s home to vapen carts so they will always have the best deals in the valley on them. It is solely what keeps me coming back. The staff is fine, the place is clean, masks are MOSTLY worn properly (but the staff likes to show their nose quite a bunch!) and for someone who uses this medicinally, I can’t afford to be sick so lots of “hey, can you cover your nose while we are dealing together?” Which shouldn’t have to be - we are all adults. Now to the point of this review!! I mentioned I come here because they are the makers of the vapen brand, specifically the vapen carts. I am the type of smoker that switches between hybrid/indica/ sativa throughout my day and it was fucking awesome that the carts were color coded (green/purple/orange) so I knew what I was smoking. They’ve come out with a few new flavors recently and I’m noticing that all of them are marked with black emblems. Some of the older flavors I like are also coming this way. There’s no color coordination to the carts anymore. That is something that is very frustrating to me. It looks like I’m going to have to go back to ROVE exclusively as they do mark their carts by name and by color. I still do you like the Vapen cart, but this small change will change both where I shop for my medicine and the brand of cart that I buy in the future.

Terrible service. Terrible staff. Don’t believe the BS marketing. Their staff can’t answer basic questions about their product without getting an attitude. Walked out without spending a dime and will encourage friends to do the same. Will not be going back, will not be recommending. Go anywhere else. Their product is shit and over priced while we are at it.
