The staff is always incredible in every way. They are patient, kind, and very friendly. I like the variety they offer and the knowledge of the staff, and the honesty if they haven't tried a product. Always recommend them as the best place in town.

Ben (Boone) was incredibly helpful and informative when my product wasn't available. in the past I've had Bud tenders that I feel like don't really understand the product or what they're explaining, everyone I've ever had at Western has tried the product or will refer you to someone who has. they won't try to give you something they don't think you're going to enjoy. Ben was super responsive and helpful. if you're an anxious person like me 10 out of 10 would recommend.
