Location and bud tenders are great, but Be prepared to wait! On BOGO days, you will wait 45 min. Normal service with no special deals takes around 20 - 30 min. Parking is a joke. I want to continue to love this place. I have been coming here since High Desert times. It gets a bit harder to come back every time.

Please fix your points system. The only reason I did not go to any other facility was to keep acquiring more points. The point system has been down for months...

You can find some excellent flowers around here sometimes.

Great facility with quality medication. I was impressed with the atmosphere/vibe, customer service and knowledge of the staff. I will be returning to monarch.
