I come here all the time but today a girl named Maria was up front and I come bebop pin in all happy and within 2 minutes this girl had accused me of yelling at her and started being rude. when she said I was yelling, i then raised my voice and said NO that is yelling. I'm 100% deaf in my left ear with massive ringing in both so I talk loud some times but I never yelled or raised my voice as there was no reason to. I wasn't mad or anything I was just trying to understand what she was saying because instead of explaining it she just kept saying the same thing over and over.
there is absolutely no reason this young girl should have spoke to me that way.
when someone doesn't understand, explain it don't be a butt.
I am very disappointed as I come here to do my business and now have to find a different place because of her uncalled for rudeness.
Maria needs customer service training.....

It was my 1st time experience and the girl that assisted me was awesome. She did not rush me, she answered my questions and stayed with me until I was leaving. Lots of people but it goes fast. This will be my choice of places to go. Now if they delivered.
