Best dispensary hands down. Only place I will ever go to, great deals and great medicine! Also a very friendly and secure atmosphere

I thought the service and atmosphere were great. I unfortunately wasn't too impressed with the flower. I was a first time patient and grabbed Paris Og and Platinum Huckleberry, which were labeled as their highest shelf of flower. Both looked great but had zero smell/taste. I don't know if it was due to poor packaging.. I think the effects of both are satisfying, yet I enjoy the full experience of flavors and aromas and unfortunately those weren't there.

Overall a very professional and quality dispensary, my only criticism of this place is their lack of variety. You guys have had the same strains for literally the last 6 months-year. People like myself love having variety, my only reason for not going back is because I've tried all of your strains multiple times now haha. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come out with some new strains, most dispensaries have new ones every couple weeks

This place by far has the best medicine around! Picked up some gelato the other day and was more than impressed. Super clean feeling, terpenes are on point, will definitely be coming back soon!

Visited this place for the first time today, was very satisfied with the redwood I received. The service was awesome, I was given a free gram of kief and gram of flower for being first time patient, I walked out being very satisfied. Will be back again, and am glad that there is another place in the west valley!

I enjoyed the first time patient deals and am definitely satisfied with the quality of medicine I walked out the door with. Only complaint is the fact that literally all 3 of the bags I received were short by .1 or .2. Like seriously? Put it at 3.6, not 3.45... Just for that I probably won't come back

Quality 10 dollar grams and great prices, yet very unsatisfied by the wait time. Was in the waiting room for 45 minutes, and that is just unacceptable. Even if it's busy, people need to be in and out with their medicine. You'll lose A LOT of customers just on wait time alone. That's really the only negative aspect about going here

I am visiting flagstaff this weekend and thought I would stop by Green Pharms. I must say, I am very satisfied with the service and medicine. I live in the west Phoenix area and the flowers here I find are better in comparison to dispensaries in the Phoenix area; both in quality and price. Next time I'm in flagstaff, Green Pharms is definitely my go to spot!

My first time here was actually my first time ever in a dispensary, and I must say after now going to several different dispensaries throughout the valley, Urban Greenhouse was by far the most professional and best dispensary I have been to yet. Now having experience with several other places, I know that this will always be my go to place for quality medicine
