Waited 45 minutes to pick up an order placed online. I sent them an email and they wrote back that “ Online ordering wasn't designed to speed up the waiting process in our front lobby. We have the online ordering system so that it can save everyone time in the back room”
So bottom line is it’s better for them not us. Not very cool at all.
