Before I came into the store, I researched everything in Western New York. Not a great selection. This spot was rated worst, so naturally it was my first stop. The door was held for me by the security guard with a smile. Walked up to the counter and the young man couldn't have been more pleasant. He handed me some paperwork and while filling it out an experienced young lady explained all of my options.I made my selection and was out the door within 20 minutes for a first time customer
