Very disappointed, I used to hold this store in high regard. I went in today to return a non-functioning cartridge, but was instead offered a 15% discount rather than an exchange. Mind you, this was a FULL 1gram cartridge that I was never able to use! I had the receipt but they didn't seem to care, instead focusing on selling me a new cartridge. The 15% discount is a slap in the face, especially considering today is monday and they already had a 10% discount on cartridges... so my return was really only worth a measly 5% discount. WEAK. Well there goes 50 bucks down the drain. I won't be returning to Green Planet, there are many other stores close by that actually offer a return/exchange with a receipt, I suggest you bring your business elsewhere.
