When they called me, whoever she was acted like a debt collector. She would not say who was calling despite numerous inquiries as to who was calling for me. I’m disabled and it’s important to know who is calling because I can’t handle long periods on the phone. Instead she acted like I was in trouble, owed them money or something crazy when I’ve spent lots of money there. Not sure if I will be back.
