WeedAgain - Mission

We're local to Eugene and have been regulars to Inhale so when we had occasion to visit the newly opened Inhale -Salem while up there takin' care of TCB of course we had to stop in. We were not disappointed. Even though they're just getting going in the new location, the shop already rivals the Eugene location with the best flower strains at some very reasonable prices. They also carry an extensive selection of concentrates, particularly love the live resin and rosins. The same great staff is both friendly and knowledgeable.. Surely Inhale-Salem is set to be a representation of the best dispensaries Salem has to offer. Be careful negotiating all the parking lot fencing that a neighboring 'bad-actor has imposed on the property. Just find a place to park and go on in. You'll be welcomed with open arms. This shops philosophy is straight up and their hearts are in the right place. We'll be returning with each visit to Salem.

We've been getting what we love from Inhale since they opened their doors. Great selection of flower at very competitive prices. One of the most extensive collections of concentrates, particularly Live Resin and Rosin. The staff is always friendly and quite knowledgeable. Inhale is without a doubt among the top five dispensaries in the sea of Weed shops that is Eugene. Well worth the trip to their discreetly tucked-away shop at the southeast edge of Eugene right off the I-5. Thanks for being there guys.. The Newly opened shop in Salem looks to be shaping up to exceed it's local competitors as well. That's right, they've brought the same great products, people and philosophy to the capitol city.

Deshe' - Eugene

A little out of the way depending on where in town you're coming from but worth the trip. I was impressed with the higher quality flowers at very reasonable prices particularly on sale days. This location just opened recently. What the location is lacking in ambience is more than made up for by the very accommodating staff. Overall a good experience and being as they just opened not long ago, I'm sure they plan on decorating and warmin' the place up.

Cougar Cannabis

Was on a dispensary tour of the I-5 corridor from Eugene to Ashland and back. There are over 100 shops in near proximity (within 4 blocks) to an I-5 exit just from Eugene to Ashland - and that many more as you go further north toward Portland. We stayed over one night each way in Roseburg and found Cougar to be the stand out in town. Liked it better than CannaKing or LaMota. Got some awesome Matanuska Thunder F*ck (at about 24%THC)- the bud -tender seemed to have bit of an attitude but we were in and out fairly quickly and it didn't offend us to badly. On the way back up north we were in Roseburg for the night of 4/20 -stopped in for some more of the MTF and there were some minor 'festivities' taking place. Cougar is totally on board with the new law and rules and so did not need to check us in or check our ID until we actually made a purchase. That's a good thing. And even at purchase they are merely doing age verification - no personal infos are recorded at all. As it should be. Some little drwing game had us winning a 'Boom!' button some various stickers and a nice $25 pipe. In addition to picking up the MTF they had a 4-20 special on 'Huckleberry Honey' (@ 23%THC) for half price (we were advised by the budtender it was the best deal of the day) at $6gm. Very happy with the purchase. We'ed go back again and recommend Cougar to anyone passing through Roseburg.

Apothecaria

Apothecaria rivals most any shop in Eugene. Where certain specific products are concerned -(it's worth the 40 minute drive) they can meet or exceed what you might expect to find at any of the 'big' shops in Eugene. A 'must stop shop' on your dispensary tour up or down the I-5 corridor. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wish they stayed open a little later but the early closing time is understandable as they're located in a (very) small town. It was my first visit and I'll definitely be back.. I recommend stopping in if your going by on your I-5 road trip.

Moss Crossing

Staff is cool and mostly quite knowledgeable. Decent selection everyday as well as some rarer harder to find strains on occasion. The atmosphere/theme of the shop is mellow and has an earthy feel. 10% discount for first time buyers and a punch card program for future discounts based on number/ amount of previous purchases. A bit off the beaten path but worth the trip even if your not in that part of town.

Tangerine Dream

I love love love this stuff, it's yummy!! The terp profile gives this strain it's standout flavor and fragrance. It's got a nice kick without being making you to hyped or edgy as some sativa heavy strains can do. Nice and mellow and tasty as a Dreamsicle (the familiar orange popsicle treat filled w/ vanilla ice cream). I've noted that after burnin' one down in a room and then returning to the room some 1/2 hour later the orangy/ vanilla creamy scent still hangs in the air as if several people were eating that frozen treat. This is a true connoisseur strain. Be sure to pick some up if you get the chance. The T-Dream I've been privy to tops out at about 22-23% THC, but I've seen it as low as 16%. It's. all good though for that flavor profile especially when freshly cured.

Nectar - Eugene River

However convenient this type of shop may be I couldn't see how anyone would prefer it. All their stock comes to them PrePackaged. You can smell samples in a tiny jar but you can bet what you get in the pre-sealed prepackage is either not the same, not as fresh or not as good for any number of other reasons (i.e. It was tested and packaged 6 months before you get it.) Nectar is the walk-in equivalent of a vending machine. And their products could just as easily be sold that way, eliminating the need for any employee overhead cost. As a first time Nectar shopper I picked up a couple grams of 'kief' which they sell in little plastic pucks. There is no sample to smell but the container label denotes the strain and thc/cbd specs. Too reasonably priced at $10 per gram (+20% tax of course) so I had my doubts as to the purity and potency. Both grams were also quite dark and didn't 'clot' into lumps as purer kief usually does. Even the kief that falls through my 70 micron grinder screen is considerably blonder/lighter in color before I put it through the 45 micron screen before actual use. The prepackaged kief from Nectar is comprised of more vegetable material than actual clean kief. In other words your gram is mostly just finely ground powdered plant matter - nothing even close to clean pure trichome heads (or even heads and stalks). So for the same price you'd be better off getting a gram of flower - at a different shop that doesn't sell everything prepackaged.
