This was my first visit to Jars Cannabis. Overall it was a good experience. I would come here again. However... I went because I saw they had a deal on venom concentrates: 6/$100. When I arrived, I told them I wanted to take advantage of this deal and I made my selections. When the cashier tried to ring me out, though, he told me the limit for concentrates for Rec patients is 5 grams. I was only able to purchase 5 grams, and was still charged $100. I understand the limit is state law, but why have a deal specific to recreation patients when we cannot actually take advantage of the deal? I waited over an hour in line for this discount only to pay what I would have paid at another dispensary with a shorter wait. The cashier, Sean, was super helpful and friendly. All the staff were very kind and efficient. The selection of products is great! My only other complaint is that it’s really loud in the main room. It’s almost impossible to hear the cashiers since everyone is together in a small room with music blasting.
