I have been visiting Urb for months now spending thousands of dollars with them every month. I have had many-many times where I have had to turn around and go back due to discounts not applying or being over charged in general for products. I kept going back though, because the prices are good, the staff is friendly and they have always made it right... until today. As I said I frequent once a month or so and make large purchases each time. I bought some Platinum branded carts from there 3 months ago that I have slowly been working through to find that one is a dead cart. No big deal I thought, I will just get a replacement next time I go, but I was sorely mistaken. I was told my a manager and then seconded by the OWNER that due to the time frame that I purchased it and I didn't have a receipt (even though my order history is saved to my profile) that I would not be eligible for a replacement. Buying from an established business comes with pros and cons, we have to pay a 16% tax but it comes with the added security of money back (or product replaced) guarantee incase of a faulty device, but at Urb that is simply not the case. You have lost a loyal client. There are many other options in the area now, so I will make use of them over visiting this sham of an establishment.
