Bloom is the place where the security guard never leaves you alone and keeps asking if you know where you're going and comments on how fast you walk and criticizes your choice to stand outside or inside the final doorway. And Bloom is the only place I've ever experienced real discrimination; the security guard said my friend could proceed but I looked suspicious so I had to wait while the security guard stared at me and made me very uncomfortable. My friend and I are not comfortable coming back if we have to get through this guy, better of going elsewhere.

I appreciate masks are optional now. I feel safer knowing others are doing it on their own and not just complying

Curaleaf, your new mask requirement does not make me feel safer than two weeks ago when there was no requirement. When you turn unmasked people away, even if they are just going back to their car to grab their compliance cloth, they are unmasked walking past all the other customers. The worst part is entering the building first and being one of four unmasked walk-ins who were all turned away after we were already breathing into the enclosed area. A masked customer brushed past all of us when they were exiting through the only doorway. Do you think that makes anyone feel safer? And while you're kissing your business out the door, you might as well let us know masks are optional at sol. At least do something for the wellbeing of the customers.

Been here many many times. Don't order from their website!!! Management refuses to honor deals advertised along with the link "ORDER TODAY!" Complained and they said it's an outdated deal. So be careful, their website is outdated.

good place, made the mistake of relying on loyalty points when calculating atm withdrawal, so had to pay a 2nd atm fee when their POS system was down. bummer
