Every time I have been in it is busy, but never too packed where I want to leave, which is awesome. Busy is a good sign. They do a great job of quickly getting patients out of the lobby and into the inviting retail floor. It's a nice sized space so its great for social distancing and a comfortable experience. The last two times I had great bud tenders, Taylor is the nicest guy ever and I forgot the blonde woman's name who helped me the last time, but she was nothing short of excellent as well. Plenty of great products to choose from here as well as deals left and right. Love it here, best place in Tempe without a doubt

What a great experience! Dr. Ho was amazing, she took extra time to help me with my conditions other than just renew my card, she gave me more insight and info than any of the Doctors at Mayo Clinic could. Nicest lady. Not only this, but the location is easily accessible with two major highways near by. Would't go any where else!! Thank you!
